About matching issues during the open beta test

Matching has not been performed correctly and the following problems have occurred.

– You may be matched with fewer people than the expected minimum number of people.
– When forming a party, everyone may not move to the match and may be left behind.
– Matching time is long compared to the number of active users.

This is due to a phenomenon where matching is established internally, but you may not be able to move to the floating island (waiting area), and we are currently trying to improve this problem.

Issues occurring in PS5 during the open beta test PS5

Before the open beta test, here are the known issues.
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience or trouble this may cause to everyone planning to participate.

These issues are planned to be fixed in an update.

Platform-wide Issues

• While the Epic Online Services pop-up is displayed, you will be unable to perform any actions. Some achievements may not progress correctly.
• You may encounter error number [100000] during gameplay. Selecting [Retry] will allow you to continue as usual.
• Error number [110201] occurs when a player is kicked out of a room in private mode. You will be returned to the title screen, so please log in again.

Issues Exclusive to Steam / Epic Games Store Versions

• While switching between spectator mode and ghost mode is possible, the guide for the switch button does not appear when using a mouse and keyboard. You can switch modes by pressing the [C] key.
• When in full screen windowed mode, if you move the window between displays using Shift + Win + arrow keys, the game screen may remain on the original display.
• If the display scaling exceeds 100% and you change the resolution in windowed mode, the window size may not adjust correctly.

Issues Exclusive to Hard Mode

• On Steam Deck, you cannot open the Epic Online Services UI to send invitations.
