historia has established these guidelines to ensure that more people can enjoy “Faaast Penguin.”

historia Inc. (hereafter referred to as “the Company”) has established the following guidelines for fan creations related to “Faaast Penguin.”

For game streaming and video posting, please refer to the separate “Streaming Guidelines.”

Types of Fan Creations Covered by These Guidelines

Individuals or unincorporated groups can engage in the following fan creation activities for non-commercial purposes. Non-commercial use includes personal use and cases where only material costs or production expenses are recouped.

Creating, publishing, distributing, or displaying illustrations, manga, videos, novels, and merchandise
Creating, publishing, distributing, or displaying cosplay activities, including costumes, photos, videos, etc.

Prohibited Activities

The following fan creation activities are prohibited:

Activities that violate these guidelines or any specific rules and regulations set by the title.
Activities that deviate from or harm the image of the Company or the title.
Using official materials (such as illustrations, videos, audio, music, logos, etc.) by copying or scanning without adding significant creative elements.
Creating, displaying, distributing, or publishing derivative works that replicate the gameplay.
Impersonating the Company or activities that may lead to misunderstandings as official products.
Using the title to promote other services or products unless explicitly permitted by the Company.
Misleading others into believing that the activity is sponsored or affiliated with the Company or related parties.
Activities that violate laws or public morals (including anti-social expressions).
Infringing on the honor, reputation, privacy, or any other rights of the Company or third parties.
Engaging in religious activities, political activities, anti-social activities, or hate speech.
Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Additional Notes

If we determine that these guidelines have been violated, we may request the removal or suspension of the fan-created content and may take legal action. Additionally, if we independently deem any fan creation undesirable, we may also request its removal.
Content for which third parties hold some or all rights, such as collaboration characters, or designs that are not original to this service, are not covered by these guidelines. Please consult the appropriate rights holders.
We cannot respond to individual inquiries regarding these guidelines. Please understand this in advance.
These guidelines may be updated or revised at any time. Please ensure you review the latest version before engaging in any activities.
We are not responsible for any damages that may arise from revisions to these guidelines or from fan creation activities. Please be aware of this in advance.
