“Faaast Penguin” Streaming Guidelines

historia warmly welcomes game streams and video posts of “Faaast Penguin.” We are thrilled to see more people enjoying the game through your streaming and video content.

historia Inc. (hereafter referred to as “the Company”) has established the following guidelines for streaming gameplay of “Faaast Penguin” (hereafter referred to as “the Title”).
For guidelines on fan-created content, please refer to the separate “Fan Creation Guidelines.”

Regarding Game Streaming and Video Posting

Individuals and organizations, whether for-profit or non-profit, are free to stream and post videos of the game without prior notification, as long as they do not violate the prohibited activities outlined.

However, please be aware that videos and images of the Title posted by you may be used by the Company for marketing purposes, including announcements on our social media and Discord channels. Thank you for your understanding.

Prohibited Activities

The following types of game streaming and video posting are prohibited:

Activities that violate this guideline or any specific terms and rules set for the Title.
Using the Title to promote other services or products, except with explicit permission from the Company.
Giving the impression that you are sponsored or affiliated with the Company or our partners when this is not the case.
Activities that violate laws or public morals (including antisocial expressions).
Infringing on the honor, credibility, privacy, or any other rights of the Company or third parties.
Activities aimed at religious, political, antisocial activities, or hate speech.
Unauthorized access, or the illegal acquisition, modification, or tampering of programs or data, or endorsing or promoting such actions.
Using accounts obtained illegally.
Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Additional Notes

If a video is found to be in violation of these guidelines, we may request its removal or take legal action.
Please note that we cannot provide individual responses regarding the details or criteria for our decisions related to these guidelines and the content of uploaded videos.
These guidelines are subject to change and updates at any time. Please make sure to check the latest version before posting any content.
The Company is not responsible for any damages that may arise from revisions to these guidelines or from the act of streaming and uploading gameplay videos. Thank you for your understanding.
