1.Introduction

This Community Guidelines applies to all users of “Faaast Penguin” (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided by historia Inc. The main purpose of this Guidelines is to ensure that all users can enjoy a safe, fun, fair, and healthy gaming environment.

This Community Guidelines supplements the Terms of Service for “Faaast Penguin.” Please read it together with the Terms of Service. Matters not specified in this document will be handled in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable local laws.

If you encounter any inappropriate or potentially unsafe behavior, please use the “Report” function or contact us to provide feedback.

2.Contributing to a Healthy Community

This Service is committed to providing all users with a fair and healthy gaming environment. We encourage the following behavior:

1. Respect sportsmanship: Show respect to your opponents, regardless of victory or defeat.
2. Avoid disruptive behavior: Play fairly and ensure an enjoyable experience for all.
3. Engage in friendly interactions: Use emotes and other features to interact harmoniously with other users.

3.Rules

1.Fair Play

・Cheating and Unauthorized Actions

The use, creation, distribution, or promotion of cheat programs or bots is prohibited. Additionally, using modified devices for unfair advantages is also banned. Cheating disrupts the fair gaming experience for all players.

・Exploiting Bugs and Glitches

The exploitation of bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. If you discover a bug, please report it through the contact us form.

・Prohibited Shortcuts and Exploits

The following actions disrupt fair gameplay and are prohibited in all game modes:

1. Taking advantage of a temporary knockout to reach an advantageous position or shortcut.
2. Intentionally falling below the main designated route and skipping large portions of the course to land on a lower track.
3. Intentionally using the rescue function to gain an unfair advantage.
4. Any other shortcuts officially announced as prohibited on our website or community platforms (such as X or Discord).

If you discover these actions or observe players intentionally exploiting them, please use the “Report” function or contact us to report the issue.

・Dissemination of Bugs or Shortcuts

Spreading information on how to exploit bugs (glitches) or prohibited shortcuts to the general public is forbidden.

・Cross-Match Harassment

Following specific players across multiple matches to harass them (so-called “stalking behavior”) is prohibited. Regardless of intent, this behavior may make others feel uncomfortable. However, if a player encourages others to join the same match, this restriction does not apply.

2.Usernames

The use of inappropriate usernames is prohibited. Even if you do not find it offensive, other users may consider it inappropriate.

The following types of usernames are not allowed:

• Names containing racial, ethnic, religious, gender-based, or personal discrimination or insults.
• Names that are anti-social or morally inappropriate.
• Names that are offensive, obscene, or cause discomfort.
• Names used for commercial promotion or advertising of competing services.
• Names containing personal information of yourself or others.

3.Prohibited Conduct

・Harassment and Doxxing

The following forms of harassment are strictly prohibited:

• Publicly disclosing personal information of a specific user to defame or harm them.
• Invasion of privacy, defamation, or reputational damage.
• Other discriminatory or inappropriate actions.

Even if intended as a claim against misconduct, such actions are not allowed. If you discover misconduct, please use the “Report” function or contact us to report it.

・Impersonation Prohibited

Impersonating other users, employees, or related personnel of our company, both inside and outside the game, is prohibited.

・Prohibition of Account Transactions

Selling, exchanging, or transferring accounts of this Service to third parties is prohibited.

・Prohibited Dangerous or Illegal Activities

Using this Service for gambling or other anti-social and illegal activities is strictly prohibited.

・Interference with Service Operations

The following actions are prohibited:

• Spreading false information.
• Abusing customer support services.
• Unauthorized modification of game data.
• Defaming or attacking employees or related personnel of our company.
• Excessive defamation or slander of the Service, interfering with operations.
• Any other actions that disrupt the operation of this Service.

Modifying, analyzing, publishing, or providing Service data to third parties without prior consent from our company is also prohibited.

4.Penalties for Violations

If a violation is confirmed, penalties will be determined based on the severity of the violation and whether it is a repeat offense. Penalties range from warnings to permanent account suspension.

If an account is permanently suspended, the user may lose access to account information and any obtained or purchased items. Additionally, if the user owns multiple accounts, all accounts may be affected.

If you discover behavior that violates the community guidelines or poses a safety risk, please use the “Report” function or contact us to report it.
